This former Dutch fishing cutter was originally built for a well-known Urk fishing family. In 2003, the current owner had the ship professionally rebuilt into a comfortable, seagoing motor yacht highly suited for living aboard.
In 2003, the current owner had this ship professionally rebuilt, completely renewing the deck and superstructure in the process. The vessel is equipped with three separate cabins, a cosy wheelhouse, a galley, and a beautiful engine room. She is entirely ready to embark on beautiful trips with her new owner and holds a valid CBB certificate.
The hull is an S-bilged, klinker-built design painted blue, with a minimum measured steel thickness of 7.3 millimetres. She utilises a long keel with bilge keels, while both the superstructure and the deck plates are constructed from robust 6-millimetre thick steel.
The vessel is powered by a 420 horsepower (309.12 kW) Mitsubishi engine featuring a dry exhaust and bowden cable controls. It is paired with a hydraulic Reintjes Masson gearbox with a 1:4.704 ratio and a 45 kW hydraulic bowthruster. Propulsion is delivered by a three-blade fixed propeller on a 110-millimetre steel shaft, which has recently had its seals and bearings replaced.
The electrical system is highly comprehensive, featuring a 3000 W inverter to 220V, a 24V battery charger, and shore power with a cable. The battery setup includes four 200 Ah service batteries and two 80 Ah navigation batteries that were replaced in 2021, supported by Victron and Mastervolt chargers, alongside an 80 Ah generator battery. Additionally, a CSI alarm system monitors critical levels including oil pressure, temperatures, and tank levels.
The vessel offers a total fuel capacity of 12,170 litres (2,677 UK gallons / 3,215 US gallons), which is distributed across two 4,050-litre tanks, one 3,400-litre tank, and a 670-litre day tank. The freshwater capacity totals 8,820 litres (1,940 UK gallons / 2,330 US gallons), held securely within two 4,410-litre steel tanks. Additionally, there is a steel blackwater tank with a capacity of 1,087 litres (239 UK gallons / 287 US gallons). Both the fuel day tank and freshwater tanks are equipped with gauge glass level indicators for easy monitoring. The integrated CSI alarm system continuously tracks the bunker high level, the day tank low level, and the sewage tank high level. Blackwater extraction is efficiently managed via a dedicated pump, with a backup pump-out connection routed through the main firefighting pump.
The primary navigation and monitoring interface relies on the comprehensive CSI alarm system, which keeps track of the vessel's vital functions.
The interior offers three cabins providing six berths, including a master cabin furnished with a double bed. The well-appointed galley features stainless steel countertops and sinks, a four-burner electric cooker, an Atag electric oven, and an extractor. Additional amenities include an Atag fridge, a 500-litre freezer mounted in the aft storage, an Atag dishwasher, and a 220/380V boiler for hot water.
The deck is well-equipped with an aluminium gangway, a stainless steel boarding ladder, and a deck wash system. Anchoring is managed securely by a double hydraulic windlass with a chain brake, serving two 240-kilogram Pool anchors that each come with 110 metres of chain. Safety and deck boundaries are established by 110-millimetre high bulwarks and stainless steel grab rails.
Safety equipment includes a dedicated fire fighting pump system, a gas fire fighting system situated within the engine room, and lifebuoys. For added security, the yacht is outfitted with a burglar alarm system capable of sending notifications directly to a mobile telephone.
